Rom 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge,
 God gave them over to a reprobate mind (a backward mind, in v31 'without understanding'),
 to do those things which are not convenient; (Convenient =suitable)

Proud, (inflated view of oneself)
Boasters, (self exalting, bragging)
Inventors of Evil Things, (originators of evil customs, fashions etc)
Disobedient to parents, (rebellious against parental authority)
Rom 1:31 Without understanding, (reprobate mind v28)
Covenantbreakers, (treacherous to agreements, untrustworthy)
Without Natural Affection, (without family love)
Implacable, (unappeasable, unable to reach agreement)
Unmerciful: (pitiless)

Rom 1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
NB. unbelievers know Gods judgment upon those who do such things is death, yet themselves not only do the same, but are also gratified with those others that do them.

 2 Tim 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
('Perilous' =difficult, grievous, dangerous.)

False Accusers, (slander on no grounds)
Incontinent, (unrestrained over desires, no self control)
Fierce, (savage, uncivilized, violently hostile)
Despisers Of Those That Are Good, (despisers of good or good men)
2 Ti 3:4 Traitors, (betrayers, i.e. to an enemy or evil)
Heady, (hasty, rash, determined)
Highminded, (proud)(Gr. same word as v2 & Rom 1:30- suggests doubly proud in these days)
Lovers of Pleasures More Than Lovers of God; (lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God)
